- Your first 18-month assignment will be in the Sony Germany (Berlin) Sales and Marketing group. Depending on your career aspirations and business needs, you will do two or three different rotations in teams such as Product Marketing and Management, Marketing Communications, Electronic Retail or Sales.
- Afterwards, you will move to Sony UK (Weybridge) and join one of the Pan-European teams for a second 12-month assignment. In this role, you will have a chance to gain a broader and more strategic view of Sony Europe, its products and various European markets. For example, you will support for strategic product launches and business and marketing planning across the whole of Europe.
- A degree in Business Management, Economics, Marketing or similar
- Marketing / Commercial experience gained during placement, internships or extra-curricular activities
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)
- German and English language (written and spoken), fluency in other European language(s) is a plus
- Affinity for technology and desire to grow and develop

We are seeking our new European Graduate (m/w/d)!
Starting in October 2024, our paid Graduate Program provides an immersive experience from day 1. Apart from fulfilling roles, your personal and professional development will be supported through networking sessions with other graduates (UK, FR) and various trainings, including a six-month development program ‘Making of a Champion’ focusing on your leadership skills and attitudes that will enable you to realise more of your potential, achieve meaningful work and personal goals, and develop success habits. All this will be leveraged during half-yearly reflection presentations with senior business leaders.
The Graduate Program consists of two assignments:
As part of the 2.5-year program, you will be exposed to a range of other business functions including finance, procurement, public relations and logistics. You will be given the opportunity to not only expand your knowledge but also immerse yourself in what it means to be a marketing professional in a multinational organisation and to understand where your career could take you.
At the end of your second assignment, in April 2027, you will be ready to take on a new responsibility and to further develop your career in Sony Europe in a permanent role!
