Job Description
- Req#: RQ171025
- Identifying areas where the sourcing and procurement process is delayed or could be improved and creating a process that mitigates those challenges
- Sourcing execution that adheres to GDIT’s internal compliance standards and all government contracting regulatory requirements, including Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
- Invoice resolution, supplier onboarding, purchasing card transactions, etc
- Maintain a professional relationship with suppliers while promoting company initiatives and values
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented individual who works quickly and efficiently
- Ability to manage multiple projects related to the purchasing process
- Education: Bachelor’s degree. In lieu of degree 6+ years of experience within Supply Chain, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Administration and/or a related field required.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience within Supply Chain, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Administration and/or a related field.
- Required Skills and Abilities: Experience in written/oral communications at all levels of the company. Ability to research, analyze, compile, and assess business and financial data.
- Required Technical Skills: Microsoft Office Suite
- Preferred Skills and Abilities : Understanding of the supply chain process and invoice resolution. Experience in process analysis, applying best procurement process practices, and continuous process improvement.

Our work depends on a Supply Chain Analyst joining our Organizational Support Team. Members of this team will support our Sourcing and Procurement team with various tasks including but not limited to invoice resolution, P-Card transactions, supplier onboarding, procurement package support, placing indirect (in support of GDIT) and direct for our customer purchases.HOW A SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
