Direct Procurement is responsible for sourcing of NPK, macronutrients, micronutrients, raw materials, energy, gas and goods necessary for the production process. These purchases are generally done in large quantities and enables Yara to benefit from its scale towards suppliers, best practices sharing and consolidating spends globally with its Business Partners. Our ambition is to further develop our role as a strategic business partner to bring value to Yara globally. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sourcing Analyst to join our team. As a Sourcing Analyst, you will be responsible for executing the procurement process, managing long term/spot contracts, securing goods and raw materials for our company. The ideal candidate will have analytical skills, communication abilities, and an understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management.

• Execute the procurement process, including identifying purchasing needs and researching potential vendors.
• Support and implement purchasing strategies that optimize cost savings and ensure high-quality products and services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand their purchasing needs and requirements.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with contracts and agreements.
• Identify and resolve issues with vendors and suppliers in a timely and effective manner.
• Analyze and report on procurement data to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
• Be the focal point on product homologation and claim process for Phosphates and Raw Materials.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.

Perfil | Formação e conhecimentos

• Prior experience in Direct Procurement or correlated areas:
• Knowledge of SAP/ERP, Office Suite and Systems:
• SAP/ ERP / Office Suite / Systems: Indicator Management (e.g.: Dashboard, Power BI, E-Commerce Portals)
• Knowledge of Legal Agreements
• Knowledge of Fiscal / Tax matters: Direct Taxes (ST, Red. Base, ICMS, IPI, LC 116)
• Knowledge of Financial Mathematics
