      Operations operates business processes on behalf of clients for specific enterprise functions, including finance and accounting, sourcing and procurement, supply chain, marketing and sales, as well as industry-specific services, such as platform trust and safety, banking, insurance and health services.       The Role

      • Develop Sourcing activities RFXs

      • Working with internal Accenture employees, and suppliers to determine product and service level specifications

      • Undertake appropriate market research and benchmarking of the supply base for Accenture s requirements

      • Involve in strategic sourcing and spot buying activities for moderate to high risk related products and services using the approved sourcing process to satisfy Accenture s requirements

      • Track on a monthly basis of savings and benefits realized from sourced agreements

      • Manage global and local suppliers including performing supplier s due diligence, price negotiation and evaluation of supplier s proposal, contracts with suppliers, supplier s performance evaluation, identifying alternative suppliers

      • Participates in strategic internal projects to manage all 3rd parties sourcing and procurement, applying best practices to the projects to achieve better savings, compliance, and efficiency

      • Proactively participate in further development of procurement policies, processes, systems, and tools and the administration of these systems including recommending procurement process improvements

      • Extensive skills and knowledge in contract management and contract review T&Cs

      • Be the subject matter expert on commodity sourcing for 1 Facilities Services Office Construction Supplies 2 Travel Hotels, Serviced Apartments, Car Rentals 3 IT 4 Professional Services Finance, HR, Marketing

      • To lead and negotiate high value and complex strategic sourcing initiatives

      • Provide support for SEA procurement activities when needed. Knowledge on Singapore related procurement context would be an advantage.

      Requirements

      • Minimum 4 years indirect procurement related experience and contract management for a wide range of spend categories and the management of suppliers

      • Self motivated and excellent negotiation skills

      • Strong administrative, analytical, and communication skills

      • Proactive and customer focused approach with friendly attitude and determination to ensure excellent customer service and datelines are delivered

      • Confident with good influencing skills and ability to demonstrate initiative to prioritise and ensure completion of work in an effective and timely manner

      • Ability to manage relationships effectively with all levels within customer supplier organisations

      • Ability to work independently in a fast paced, and results driven team environment

      • Strong flexibility and mental agility to work in a cross functional environment with different categories

      • Strong negotiation skills and contract management skills with an in depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts as well as an understanding of local commercial law

      • Experience in working with e-procurement technology would be ideal i.e. Ariba, Radix, BuyNow, e-Catalogue

      • In depth relevant knowledge of local supplier base

      • Knowledge of Microsoft Office IT packages Word, Excel, PowerPoint
