What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather and analyze key procurement metrics using data collection techniques
- Manage “Quick Quote” and tactical sourcing projects ensuring supplier coverage
- Coordinate performance management programs with suppliers and account teams
- Support Procurement Managers & Directors in Spend Analytics, Procure-to-Pay, Contract Lifecycle Management, and eSourcing processes
- Collaborate with various teams to prioritize day-to-day activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or Procurement Related Certifications
- 1-5 years of procurement support experience
- Proficient to expert in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong business writing skills and effective communication abilities
