      Job Description

      Cintas is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to manage regional recruiting initiatives. The Sourcing Specialist will develop, implement, and manage a recruitment strategy by partnering with leadership to ensure effectiveness, consistency and compliance; build candidate pipeline through direct sourcing, employee referrals, networking and recruiting events; conducting phone screens and manage candidates in the automated staffing system to align with Affirmative Action Plans and diversity initiatives. The Sourcing Specialist provides guidance to HR managers at other locations to ensure compliance with hiring process.

      Manage req activity, update and manage ATS, achieve recruiting metrics and report key accomplishments. Will also compile and communicate the knowledge base, industry overviews, and market trends to team members and business leaders.

      Leads projects for the recruiting teams.

      Mentor less experienced recruiters.

      Skills/Qualifications

      Required

      • 3+ years' experience in hiring, staffing and recruiting
      • Ability to travel if necessary, including overnight stays (approximately 5-10%)
      • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet

      Preferred

      • Experience with Affirmative Action plans
      • Proficiency with major sourcing platforms, including LinkedIn and Indeed
