      Responsibilities:

      - Ensure timely performance of strategic and operational sourcing tasks.
      - Lead supplier selection and negotiation processes, involving key stakeholders in determining requirements, specifications, selection criteria, proposal review, and negotiations.
      - Support sourcing project outcomes through rigorous processes, timely project completion, and effective project team management.
      - Provide guidance to peers, act as process leader for sourcing process improvement, and build strong relationships with internal customers.
      - Develop sourcing strategies, processes, and analysis techniques to meet the needs of key users and stakeholders.
      - Conduct and implement contract management for assigned contracts.

      Requirements:

      - Commercially astute with demonstrated business acumen and in-depth understanding of sourcing processes.
      - High level of initiative, self-motivation, and attention to detail.
      - Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to focus on outcomes.
      - Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing of goods and services.
      - Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of contracts or contract law.
      - Degree qualified or progressing towards qualification in a related field (supply chain, engineering, finance, management) or demonstrated strategic sourcing experience.
      - Excellent communication skills and strong negotiation skills.
      - Ability to perform under pressure and respond quickly to requests while achieving effective results.
      - Professionalism, honesty, and integrity.
