- Req#: SERVI001374
- Open, update, process, and close work orders.
- Send copies of PM work orders with Work Recommended to FSM or customer as directed.
- Input and schedule PMs.
- Dispatch Technicians
- Tracking and applying allocation numbers for internal billing for service manager approval.
- Assist in handling customer dispute reports and info for service manager to process.
- Process month end invoicing.
- Process and submit warranty claims.
- Open and process Purchase Orders.
- Receipting and processing parts.
- Completing parts counts.
- Data entry skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Communication skills.
- Enjoys being in an industrial environment; our clients and the equipment we maintain are in warehouses, distribution centers and production environments.
- General knowledge of internet tools, spreadsheets, CRM, and related - continuously strives to build knowledge & skills and shares expertise with others.
- Excellent problem solving and solutions skills.
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- 1-3 years of experience in similar industry.
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Intermediate computer skills, with experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word.
- Talk and hear for extended periods of time.
- Ability to see computer screens and documents and read and synthesize the information and data.
- To sit for extended periods of time.
- The employee is required to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
- The employee is required to regularly use their hands to type and use a computer.

The Service Coordinator: will answer telephones and back up dispatcher, assist customers, technicians, and staff; assign work as needed to technicians to respond to customer needs. This role is very customer service oriented and provides accurate and updated information to customers as well las technicians.
