- Weekly and monthly report
- Facilitate SOV Technical and Team meetings
- Contingency planning for vessel operations
- Safety Walks and Turbine Visits/inspections
- Escalate HSE, performance and operational issues to the Service Manager
- Oversee management of subcontractors onboard vessel
- IT skills - Word, Excel, Outlook, ERP systems, data processing and PowerPoint
- Full and clean driving license
- Experience in Management and Supervision
- Experience in Managing and developing high performance teams
- Knowledge of how to manage general safety and safety awareness
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English)
- Strong Leadership skills

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will join our Moray East Service team in the North East of Scotland. Based offshore the service operation vessel (SOV) Shift Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the assets from the vessel on a 14/14 day rotation. Encompassing HSE, production performance, operations and maintenance and employee development.Responsibilities
