- Greet clients in a professional and timely manner
- Book appointments according to availability.Clean general spa areas and refill supplies.
- Assist clients as needed including but not limited to bringing towels, soaps, and filling tubs.
- Collect appropriate payments for services rendered.
- Offer food and beverage menu to clients while waiting for service or utilizing facility.
- Keep Management informed of any maintenance needs to the spa, salon, or equipment.Follow uniform and grooming guidelines.
- Complete established checklists and comply with all policies and procedures.
- Be knowledgeable of services and products offered to better upsell to clientele.
- Assist in other areas of the spa as needed including reception, spa attendant duties, and retail areas.
- Assist in training newly hired team members.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- Must be 19 years old.
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Previous health club or spa experience preferred.
- CPR training preferred.
- Must be able to set up all proper equipment for all menu services.
- Must be literate and fluent in English.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.

The Spa Attendant will collect payments for services rendered. Answer incoming phone calls, book appointments, and upsell guests on products and/or services. Ensure overall cleanliness of spa and salon.
