SPA ATTENDANT, PART-TIME

JOB SUMMARY:

The Spa Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Spa and performs other housekeeping duties as assigned.

Weekend availability required.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform daily cleaning duties to maintain a pristine and inviting spa environment
• Restock and replenish spa amenities, including towels, robes, toiletries, and other supplies as needed
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of changing rooms, relaxation areas, and treatment rooms
• Empty and sanitize waste receptacles regularly to ensure proper hygiene standards
• Ensure all spa equipment and surfaces are sanitized and in good condition
• Monitor and manage inventory levels for spa supplies, submitting timely restocking requests
• Greet and assist spa guests with a friendly and helpful demeanor
• Adhere to all spa policies and procedures related to cleanliness and hygiene
• Work closely with the front desk and other spa personnel to maintain a seamless guest experience
• Uphold a positive and professional attitude while interacting with both guests and colleagues
• Vacuum guest corridors as trained
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of spa and linen rooms

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
• Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly.
• Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
• Must work well in stressful high-pressure situations.
• Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.
