      Job Title: Spa Front Desk Agent

      Job Pay Range: $18.00-20.00 per hour inclusive of hourly pay rate + gratuities*

      Job Summary:

      As a member of the Spa team, you will be responsible for maintaining the efficient operation of the service schedule via accurate appointment taking and superior guest service and to operate the point-of-sale system and balance daily sales.

      What you will be doing:

      • Greet guests and visitors of the spa and provide friendly and professional service to all internal and external guests and always exhibit a positive attitude
      • Answer all calls into the spa business line
      • Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding good and services available at the spa
      • Become knowledgeable about spa products and services in order to accurately sell and up-sell products and services to guests
      • Book and confirm appointments, sell spa gift certificates to appropriate clientele, and ring in sales for all services rendered and products purchased
      • Balance register and bank daily while also dropping cash daily
      • Perform opening and closing facility procedures as assigned
      • Provide accurate schedule information to technicians and fellow spa representatives regarding service to be rendered
      • Generate accurate reports for spa and hotel management to review
      • Attend and participate in ongoing training, both formal and informal, needed to effectively perform job responsibilities
      • Support fellow employees in the performance of their jobs
      • Be flexible and positive to changes required to enhance guest experience or to meet the fiscal needs of the organization
      • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
      • Uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

      What we are looking for:

      • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or related experience and/or training; Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
      • Occasional heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) with a work environment that may be indoors and outdoors at times
      • Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic team member who works well with others
      • Strong interpersonal communication skills
