Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa is hiring a Part-Time Spa Receiptionist for the Summer Season, May - September. BASIC FUNCTION: The Spa Receptionist is responsible for providing operational support to the Spa Supervisor, Director of Rooms, and Service Providers to ensure smooth operation for guests. This position requires the spa receptionist to check in / out guests while maintaining a professional and calming atmosphere. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Maintain complete knowledge of all aspects of the Spa, including, however not limited to, venue features and layouts, treatments & services provided, retail products and their benefits, hours of operation. 2. Develop spa services knowledge by learning about all of the resorts spa services including massage, aesthetics, fitness center, and fitness classes. 3.
