- Display a high level of maturity, discretion, tact, judgment and the ability to deal with confidential matters
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of treatments/physiological effects/contraindications.
- Conduct monthly one on one meetings with direct reports
- Interview prospective employees initial interview and make hiring recommendations to Spa Manager or director.
- Audit time and attendance.
- Order approved staff inventory
- Assist Spa Attendants and Receptionist with guest experience by answering telephones, checking in guests, making reservations, providing tours and maintaining daily cleanliness of facility during operating hours.
- Create schedules for specific assigned team with appropriate staffing levels according to business volumes; i.e. special events, holidays, weekends, groups, etc.
- Required to have an operational knowledge of spa software, Microsoft applications, and email.
- Act as a resource between employees and Spa Operations Manager to resolve work related conflicts. Review and advice on the appropriate resolution to problems, ensuring policy and procedures are consistently followed.
- Use constructive feedback, motivation and short and long-term intervention to address problems that affect job performance.
- Assist in maintaining appropriate pars of linens and back bar products.
- Identify and recommend solutions when the department faces survey performance negative shifts.
- Inform appropriate management of situations that may require further attention. This includes but is not limited to: safety issues and concerns, OSHA compliance, ADA compliance, legal compliance, sexual harassment including employee and guests. Follow up to ensure resolution is achieved.
- Maintain an attitude and philosophy consistent with the Caesars Entertainment mission, vision and values.
- Work in a fast paced environment while maintaining a calm appearance.
- Perform all other projects and responsibilities as required.
- Comfortable around guests in a state of undress.
- Previous Spa experience Recommended (1-2 year minimum)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent, reading writing and oral proficiency in the English language
- An energetic, forward thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image.

- Must be able to effectively communicate in one-on-one, small group situations, and to moderate-sized gatherings of employees, executives and/or community leaders.
- Must be able to read, write and interpret inventory, purchasing, hospitality related terminology, Spa related terminology including the various treatment modalities, equipment, and products.
- Must have the ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
- Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, team members may be required to work varying schedules, weekend, and holidays to reflect the needs of the facility
- Must comply with rules and regulations for the safe and effective operation of the facility
- Maintains a friendly pleasant and professional demeanor and appearance at all times

Position Purpose:
Responsible for supervising the daily activities and duties of spa operation. Provide leadership to reach employee and guest satisfaction. Functions include; employee observations, training, and maintaining the Spa SOP standards of service.
