Job Description

- Carry out all spa treatments to the required standards ensuring the specific treatment time is adhered to
- Assess guest needs and inquire about contraindications e.g., allergies, high blood pressure, and pregnancy before beginning service
- Be responsible for your working areas and ensure that equipment is fully operational and clean and report any defects
- Adhere to Health and Safety regulations by using safe work practices
- Attend any appropriate training courses required for you to be able to offer all treatments
- Keep up to date with current techniques relating to the product ranges and any new treatments
- To provide ultimate client care to all of our guests, giving them an unforgettable and lasting treatment experience
- To maximise revenue opportunities by offering and suggesting future treatments or products
