What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage CAFM/IWMS systems, data governance, and reporting across the global real estate portfolio
- Support alignment of CAFM data standards and governance protocols with client teams
- Assist in maintaining processes for updating CAFM space and occupancy data
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Support the development of global data quality and space audit processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Management, Real Estate, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in data management, CAFM/IWMS systems, or real estate operations
- Experience with SQL report writing and data analysis tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with ServiceNow applications
- Background in corporate real estate or facilities management
- Knowledge of CAD drawing management and standards
- Experience with dashboard development and data visualization
- Project management certification or experience
