What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and govern CAFM/IWMS systems and drawing management for the client's global real estate portfolio
- Support the development of data management processes, reporting cycles, and stakeholder communications
- Assist in implementing CAD drawing standards and manage electronic document storage
- Collaborate with internal teams to track space and occupancy updates and ensure data accuracy
- Support the development of global data quality and space audit processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Management, Real Estate, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in data management, CAFM/IWMS systems, or real estate operations
- Solid experience with CAFM, specifically Archibus preferred
- Proficiency in SQL reporting and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with ServiceNow applications
- Background in corporate real estate or facilities management
- Knowledge of CAD drawing management and standards
- Experience with dashboard development and data visualization
- Project management certification or experience
