What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather project requirements and develop project timelines and budgets
- Create design concepts and space plans that adhere to building codes and ADA requirements
- Generate furniture plans and specifications using AutoCAD, CET, and 2020 Cap Technologies
- Develop color schemes and material selections within budget constraints
- Maintain knowledge of contract office furniture lines and prepare installation plans
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience in dealership or furniture industry
- Knowledge of CET is required; AutoCAD knowledge is a plus
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Cap 2020, and CET
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- NCIDQ Certification preferred, but not required
- Experience with architectural finishes and furniture inventories
