      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather and analyze requirements
      - Develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships internally and externally
      - Facilitate workshops to identify current and future business processes
      - Document functional and non-functional requirements
      - Support architecture, development, and testing teams in requirements clarification

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering, Information Service, or equivalent experience
      - Minimum 10+ years of professional experience in Information System & Technology
      - Solid BPMN experience
      - Proficiency in analytical tools such as Smartsheets, Office 365, and Power BI
      - Strong communication and collaboration skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in real estate or property management industry
      - Certification in Business Process Management
