  Private Duty Nurse (RN/LPN) – Day Shift (Wyoming Area) Position: Private Duty Nurse (RN/LPN) Schedule: Day Shift, 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM Location: Wyoming Area (In-Home Care) Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home private duty nursing care for a 19-year-old female with complex medical needs. The nurse will be responsible for trach and G-tube care, respiratory monitoring, medication administration, and overall daily care to support health and well-being. The ideal candidate will also promote independence, activity, and community engagement as appropriate. Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity are essential, as the family is Spanish-speaking and has limited English proficiency.   Responsibilities Perform duties outlined in patient's plan of care TBI + SCI rehabilitation Adult/ Pediatrics Ventilator and Tracheotomy care (Training Provided) Gastrostomy tube care (Training Provided) Dispensing medications Observe client’s physical, mental and emotional conditions.
