      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Define CIAM platform requirements and design technical solutions for a highly available, fault-tolerant environment
      - Analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements for customer IAM domains
      - Support the full lifecycle implementation of customer IAM programs
      - Advocate secure computing practices and communicate Information Security and CIAM best practices throughout the organization
      - Collaborate with various technical teams to maintain high availability of production environments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree
      - Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with implementation and troubleshooting of PingOne Advanced Services suite
      - Strong knowledge of Azure AD, AD, MFA, SSO, IGA tools, PAM, and AWS
      - Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a large healthcare environment
      - Understanding of Identity-related NIST standards (e.g., 800-63-3)
      - Familiarity with the employer's enterprise environment and business applications
      - Good working knowledge of the ITIL framework
      - Understanding of Remedy for Change, Incident, and Knowledge Management
