Responsibilties: - Strong Executional knowledge about Supply chain/Logistics/Order processing/Customer Relationship/Export documentation/Local customs regulations/LC submission. - Managing outbound shipment & execution in MEA region for Secure power business. - Good knowledge on Commercial & Shipping Documentation and Execution of shipments from the DC. - Manage timely pre alerts to all the customers and coordinate for shipment collection. - Prepare documents for LC submission and destination clearance as per import requirement for different region. - Customs documentation preparation and execution as per Dubai Customs submission requirement. - Processing Customer orders and prioritizing order preparation and staging process as per customer request. - Coordination with various customer appointed FF for direct export Air/ SEA/Land shipments. - Scheduling and co coordinating with customers & forwarding agents for shipment collection. - Work towards achieving sales monthly and quarterly targets for the MEA. - Initiate and implement sustainable cost-effective process towards cost reduction. - Management reporting with latest open orders and shipped /invoiced values daily. - Shipping Documents Legalization of requirement for various countries. - Arranging test certificates as required. - Maintain 100% accuracy for all shipment out from Dubai. - Maintain all the KPI with in the limit and get 100% operational visibility. Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree with good knowledge on supply chain. - 5+ years’ experience in Logistics, Export documentation,or Order processing. - Good or excellent in MS Office especially Word and Excel. - Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills. - Good Knowledge on export documentation. - Team leader, Cross culture working and Flexible on work adoption. - Oracle ERP working experience is needed.
