The Opportunity:

The Opportunity:

The Specialist of Billing Integrity performs multiple revenue cycle systems activities by blended client assignment and/or enterprise wide.

Job Responsibilities:

• Resolving multi-disciplinary edits (i.e. registration , coding , revenue integrity, billing, etc.) errors in order to send claims to insurance companies for timely payment

• Collaborating with multi-disciplinary departments to ensure compliant billing practices are met

• Monitoring transfer of claims electronically to clearinghouse

• Collaborates with Billing and Denials Management department to identify trend analysis of multi-disciplinary errors by identifying new claims rules/edit needs to facilitate accurate billing

• Works daily electronic 277's and or RTPs resolving claim issues

• Works daily late charges & rebills

• Bills hardcopy claims attaching any needed documentation for payment

• Pulls EOB's and Medical Records as needed attaching to claims and mailing

• Contact patients, insurance, any third party for insurance information or any additional billing data

• Contact patient and third parties for needed billing information.

Experience We Love:

• 1+ years of customer service experience

Minimum Education:

• High School Diploma/GED Required

Certifications:

• CRCR Required within 6 months of hire
