      Key Responsibilities:

      • Deliver AQP curricula training
      • Deliver IOTM curricula training
      • Perform duties of a flight attendant through active flying
      • Complete AQP Announced and Unannounced Line Check Evaluations
      • Complete Service Line Checks
      • Serve as onboard Safety and Service flight attendant mentor
      • Conduct safety-related training events at flight attendant bases
      • Conduct customer service curricula training

      What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

      • High school diploma
      • Teaching experience
      • United Airlines flight attendant qualification (minimum 3 years active service and in good standing)
      • Strong working knowledge of LINK—eFAOM, Inflight Policies and Procedures Manual (IPPM), Content Locker, etc.
      • Excellent Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Emotional Intelligence (EI) skills
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • Able to work both independently and in a team environment
      • Commitment to Working Together Guidelines and treating each other with dignity and respect
      • Ability to complete instructor qualification training and ongoing qualification maintenance requirements
      • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
      • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
      • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

      What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):

      • Bachelor's degree
      • Management experience
      • AQP qualified instructor/evaluator
      • Working knowledge of CFR Part 121 regulations, Advanced Qualification Programs, the Aircraft Operators Standard Security Program and United flight attendant responsibilities and procedures
      • Experience with public speaking to small and large groups

      The salary for this position is $58,395 - $75,570, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skill. This range is based on a full-time schedule.
