    • Comfortable and confident with special needs students
    • Capable of one-on-one assignment with special needs student
    • Physical stamina to assist motor/physical/emotional needs of student, including toileting if necessary
    • Tolerance for difference in student's learning styles and rates
    • Model a respect for learning
    • Flexibility in work assignment(s)
    • Good oral and written language skills
    • Demonstrated ability in interpersonal skills
    • Innate sense and acceptance of student needs and individualities
    • Ability to accept direction from certified staff and administration
    • Respectful and compliant with confidentiality
    • Prefer additional training or work experience

      Salary: $12.81 per hour


      2024-2025 School Year
