- Deliver specialized instruction within a self-contained Level C classroom setting for 10–12 students in grades 4-6, successfully integrating and supporting students who transition in and out of the setting throughout the school year.
- Address and update all existing and pending Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to accurately reflect student progress, while effectively developing and implementing new IEPs.
- Direct the efforts of classroom paraprofessionals and collaborate closely with the assigned behavior coach to implement positive behavior support plans and maintain a structured, safe learning environment.
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- Master's Degree (Preferred)
- Valid Arizona Special Education Credential
- Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Prior experience managing a self-contained, behavioral, or Level C special education classroom (Preferred)
- Top Compensation: Earn up to $43.40 - $44.60 Per Hour, based on your experience and qualifications as a Special Education Teacher, with weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses and incentives.
