      Your next great career step starts here! We're partnering with schools in Phoenix, AZ, to find a dedicated Special Education Teacher for the '25-'26 school year. Join Cross Country Education and be the driving force that helps students achieve more than they ever thought possible.

      Position Overview:

      • Deliver specialized instruction within a self-contained Level C classroom setting for 10–12 students in grades 4-6, successfully integrating and supporting students who transition in and out of the setting throughout the school year.
      • Address and update all existing and pending Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to accurately reflect student progress, while effectively developing and implementing new IEPs.
      • Direct the efforts of classroom paraprofessionals and collaborate closely with the assigned behavior coach to implement positive behavior support plans and maintain a structured, safe learning environment.

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's Degree (Required)
        • Master's Degree (Preferred)
      • Valid Arizona Special Education Credential
      • Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
      • Prior experience managing a self-contained, behavioral, or Level C special education classroom (Preferred)
