  Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.   WE LOVE OUR WORK.

  The special project attendant is responsible for ensuring that all floors and carpet throughout the property are clean and maintained.

  ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  - Dust mop and mop floors in front of house areas

  - Strip, wax, and buff floors in front of house areas

  - Shampoo carpets and upholstery throughout property

  - Operate, clean, and maintain equipment in good working condition

  - Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of ceilings Assume responsibility of E-tech and/or Housekeeper, when necessary, Perform special projects assigned by supervisor

  - Perform any reasonable, temporarily assigned job duties outside the position’s job description, where, in the Company’s judgment, those duties are necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or guest service

  - Perform duties in a safe manner; report any potential safety hazards to management staff

  QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  - Must be at least 21 years of age

  - HS diploma or equivalent work experience related to the nature of the position
