What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Proactively manage pipeline leads to convert new sales opportunities
- Respond to customer inquiries and educate them about products and services
- Document interactions and lead information in CRM system
- Verify order accuracy and relay health insurance coverage information
- Attend training programs and stay up to date on product knowledge and competitor offerings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1 year of recent experience in sales support role
- Knowledge of diabetes therapies and insulin pump therapy
- Effective communication skills over the phone, email, and text
- Computer competency including MS Office and CRM systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Experience in patient diabetes education
- Knowledge of call handling phone systems
- Ability to promote team cooperation and success
- Understanding of durable medical equipment policies and health insurance providers
