What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements to support model design
- Develop a foundational understanding of insurance concepts and terminology
- Support the design, build, and maintenance of Anaplan models under guidance
- Perform model maintenance to ensure integrity and performance
- Collaborate to enhance end-user support and drive Anaplan adoption across the organization

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Anaplan Certified Model Builder or equivalent training completed
- 1-3 years of experience working with Anaplan or another EPM tool
- Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Basic knowledge of SQL and Python for data analysis and automation
- Exposure to QuickSight, Power BI, or other Business Intelligence tools
- Basic knowledge of the insurance domain, including life insurance and retirement planning
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
