      Summary of Role: We are excited to find a dynamic, self-motivated, and experienced Benefits Specialist to join our diverse team. This exciting role is integral within both US Benefits and Mobility teams and will be responsible for partnering on designing and implementing employee benefits programs. Additionally, the specialist will serve as a key mobility liaison, focusing on policies, objectives, and initiatives that align with both the company and department's objectives. This position is based at our Malta, NY office and collaborates closely with the Benefits and Total Rewards Managers to meet mobility needs and oversee a comprehensive benefits package.

      Essential Responsibilities:

      • Communicate with employees, managers, and our HR team to help them navigate and access a wide variety of benefits programs such as vacation, holiday, time off, sick pay, retirement plans, disability, flexible spending, group medical/dental/vision coverage, vendor management, wellness and health education initiatives, and life insurance.
      • Conduct regular audits and oversee benefit plan billing, reconcile payments
      • Manage day-to-day operations of benefits programs, ensuring efficient service delivery and optimal performance.
      • Conduct biweekly benefits new hire orientation
      • Manage the end-to-end planning, implementation and ongoing support for permanent relocations and international assignments to ensure compliance, operational efficiencies and customer experience
      • Understand all aspects of GF policies, procedures and processes to ensure best practice, efficiencies and reducing exceptions to keep alignment among regions
      • Oversee Mobility for the US region while working as part of a global tri regional Mobility team to drive initiatives and improvements
      • Manage queries from HR community, employees and various internal stakeholders and provide consultative innovative support on Mobility policies and immigration

      Other Responsibilities:

      • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
      • Collaborating on other projects and assignments as needed to continuously improve our offerings.
      • Manage relationships with benefits vendors, brokers, and consultants.
      • Reviewing market data to determine our competitive position in employee benefits and developing proposals as needed.
      • Ability to multitask and ensure the complex and changing immigration and tax laws are being followed while keeping a continued focus on employee support and experience
      • Other duties as assigned by manager.

      Required Qualifications:

      • Skills: Excel and PowerPoint. Relationship building skills with the ability to partner and articulate complex details to colleagues at varying levels of seniority.
      • Travel - Up to 10% for open enrollment and vendor meetings
      • Fluency in English Language – written & verbal

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Education – Bachelor’s degree related to Human Resources or Total Rewards
      • Experience: Knowledge of US Benefit plans and the compliance laws and regulations that apply. Global Mobility and knowledge of relocation and assignment management and supplier/vendor management and driving best in class service.
      • Skills: Workday and ADP
      • Project management skills - i.e., the ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
      • Strong planning & organizational skills.

      Expected Salary Range

      $54,400.00 - $100,100.00

      The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
