Job Summary Specialist, Customer Growth & Upgrades IMC is responsible for assisting in the creative development, execution, and implementation of Integrated Marketing Communications campaigns focused on promoting the Company’s products and services to existing customers. In partnership with key business leads and cross-functional partners, the Specialist will assist with the execution of IMC programs designed to reinforce product benefits and drive product upgrades via targeted advertising based on distinct customer journeys. Primary activities include collaborating on communications plans, assignments, briefings, conceptual creative development, creative reviews, internal reviews, creative production, trafficking, and coordination of all creative needs across key business and media segments. Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge and reports to Manager, Customer Growth & Upgrades IMC. Job Description Core Responsibilities Key player in managing the agency relationship day to day and drives execution excellence by tackling timelines, deliverables, and trafficking of creative. Communicates IMC project requirements and coordinates with agency to ensure project completion. Reviews all Customer Growth & Upgrades IMC creative to ensure alignment and consistency with established campaign strategy and messaging. Assists in creative execution across all media (TV, OLV, social, display, radio, print, etc.) Manages Customer social POR and creative development in partnership with Brand Partnership team social lead. Develops and implements social media strategy to align with business goals. Responsible for understanding current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications. Partners with media services to execute relevant media plans for marketing programs. Partners with and provides guidance to the broader IMC & cross-functional teams to ensure messaging and creative consistency across all marketing channels. Provides creative development and messaging support for divisional marketing team to achieve brand goals. Works closely with legal to ensure compliance of all communications. Assists with multiple projects simultaneously. Follows through to ensure that deadlines are met and that deliverables meet specifications. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
