      Execute and manage the Private Label Brand Management strategy within assigned categories

      Here’s where you’ll be focusing:

      • Responsible for the on time delivery of the end to end brand/product plan from ideation to implementation
      • Executes the brand/product specific strategic business plan across categories
      • Works closely with Procurement Specialists, Product Developers, Regulatory Managers, QA Specialists, and Packaging/Design to bring products from concept to shelf.
      • Gains alignment with Category Merchant to incorporate Private Label products into the category strategy and category planning process
      • Support the development of the product plan for assigned categories by supplying key metrics such as sales, trends, etc.
      • Responsible for ensuring all brand standards for product, packaging and design are adhered to
      • Supports Marketing to ensure private label presence in the national marketing calendar
      • Acts as an advocate for Sobeys private label brands, both internally and externally

      • Drive Process improvement by focusing on increasing efficiencies through work activity and document flow

      What you have to offer:

      • An Undergraduate Degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
      • Previous Project Management experience
      • Strong retail product knowledge
