      Content & Technology Solutions (CTS) is the industry-leading provider of FactSet and third-party content. CTS focuses on three pillars of Connected Content, Digital Delivery, and Client Workflow Solutions, with a focus on client and provider partnerships. CTS clients seamlessly access organized and connected data that is easily discoverable and delivered via various technologies and formats that meet the needs of our client's workflows. By enabling our clients to utilize their preferred choice of industry-standard databases, programming languages, API’s and data feeds, we empower them to focus on the core competencies needed to drive their business. The SBU contributes over $200M in ASV, with a double-digit year-over-year growth rate. Our solutions portfolio includes Standard Data Feeds, Exchange Data Feeds, OnDemand/APIs, Cloud Deliveries, Cornerstone and User Defined Feeds, and Benchmark Feeds.

      Due to our continuing growth, we are seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our Content & Technology Solutions group as Specialist, Client Solutions

      You will be given immediate responsibility working directly with global clients to provide intelligent solutions for their queries and challenges and developing your expertise on CTS range of products and processes. Moving forward, you will be managing implementation projects and key accounts, delivering innovative business solutions to new and existing clients.

      Responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to:

      • Providing intelligent solutions and support to clients globally
      • Project management and new client implementations
      • Client relationship management
      • Working closely with product development for innovative solutions
      • External and internal training
      • Assisting pre-sales process

      JOB REQUIREMENTS

      • Current Management Level should be “50-Sr Specialist" OR "55 Specialist" please note designation offered if selected, would be purely based on your experience and performance in the interview.

      • Minimum Current designation experience should be 18 months

      • Minimum total experience should be 24 (18 instead) months.

      • Employee should not be promoted in the last 6 months.

      • Minimum Rating should be Performed Exceptionally, Exceeded Goals, Achieved Goals in the last three quarters or Annual (whichever applicable).

      • Employee should not be in PIP in the last 3 quarters.

      • A relevant master’s degree or equivalent (Finance + engineering is ideal)
      • Relevant experience is preferred
      • Experience in one or more programming/query languages - or a relevant experience demonstrating strong technical aptitude
      • Good financial knowledge
      • Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
      • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
      • Desire to learn and work with new technologies
      • Enthusiasm and drive to excel in a technical client-facing role

      OTHER PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS

      • Previous client-facing experience
      • Experience in statistical packages such as Matlab, R, SAS, SPSS, etc.
