What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement Sysmex instruments, middleware, and reagents into customer sites/laboratories
- Troubleshoot reagent, middleware, or instrument performance issues to improve customer self-sufficiency
- Develop and implement training programs for customers and Technical Services
- Manage time, territory, and accounts effectively to support sales objectives and organizational directives
- Provide technical information to management, peers, and other functional groups

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or Medical Technologist degree with 5-7 years' related experience
- ASCP or CLS certification preferred
- Experience with LIS, HIS, or middleware preferred
- Strong Flow Cytometry experience preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as a Clinical Applications Specialist or similar role in the medical equipment and diagnostics industry
