  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Document patient encounters, including history, assessment, plan, and physical exam
  - Join providers in the exam room to observe and document patient visits
  - Assign appropriate CPT and ICD-10 codes for documentation
  - Consult with providers to ensure accurate and specific clinical documentation
  - Provide administrative support, including placing orders and addressing tasks related to clinical documentation
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Knowledge of medical terminology and common medications from a pre-medical degree or clinical experience
  - Ability to type 70+ words per minute
  - Advanced listening and communication skills
  - Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new technical workflows
  - Ability to commit to at least 1 year in the role (2+ years preferred) and work approximately 40-45 hours per week
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Prior clinical experience, including shadowing and/or volunteering
  - Prior scribe or transcription experience
  - Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken in the communities served
  - Demonstrated ability to adapt to new workflows quickly
  - Experience working in a team-oriented patient care environment
