      Summary of the Job - The purpose of the Position:

      * Define Compensation structure complying the statutory requirement

      • Monitor the overall Compensation & Benefit programs and policies based on the overall business strategy.
      • Responsible for Compensation, benefit Benchmarking and market analysis by participating in market surveys like Mercer ,Kornferry,Etc.
      • Ensure the compensation/benefits plans comply with the prevailing labor and other relevant laws
      • Coordinate on various incentive programs and performance management programs.
      • Create and maintain internal compensation ranges, Work on Job mapping ,Evaluation and compensation proposal for career ladder movement program for associates.
      • Coordinate the process that facilitate annual merit increase and annual incentive programs.
      • Ensure employees are properly educated on the benefits available to them and that their coverage is accurate
      • Conduct a thorough investigation on complaints by employees, Such as claims and policy violations to come up with appropriate and prompt responses.
      • Ensure all employees & dependents are covered under Group Medical Coverage, Group Term Life Insurance, Group Personal Accident Insurance
      • Revision and renewal of Insurance and Mediclaim policies
      • To provide support for around 1500+ employees so as to avail the benefits of insurance claims, if any tracking of medical insurance reimbursement claims periodically
      • Address ,Test & resolving issue on CORE HR, Workforce compensation, Recruitment, HR Interface ,Reports,Data Loaders,Approval & Notification in HRIS System
      • Develop, document and implement new and revise processes to improve data integrity and promote the consistent use of HR Data.
      • Identify and recommend technical solutions and automation to address oppurtunities for improving existing process to further streamline and optimise operational effectiveness within HR.
      • Coordinate and provide training on the HRIS Systems for both fellow HR and employee self service applications.
      • POC of HRIS system (Oracle HCM )

      Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

      Education

      MSW/MBA

      Work Experience

      5-10 yrs

      Foreign Language/Grade

      English
