What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Draft, review, and negotiate provider or vendor contracts
- Coordinate credentialing and onboarding processes for providers
- Maintain contract databases and track renewal timelines
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational policies
- Serve as a liaison between internal departments and external partners
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Contracting Specialist
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficient knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
- Familiarity with managed care organizations (MCOs) and network development
- Strong organizational and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with provider payer enrollments
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
