      • Ensure the successful coordination and implementation of all development work for the Customer Care training team
      • Play a highly collaborate role, engaging with Customer Care stakeholders across American’s Airport Operations, headquarters-based and Training Development & Administration teams
      • Influence and manage the development of new training programs to ensure they meet stakeholder and learner needs
      • This role is a part of the Airport & Cargo Training team within our Airport Performance and Readiness group

      What you'll do

      • Comprehensive coordination and collaboration with stakeholders who require development of training programs and with the Training Development & Administration team
      • Have a strong understanding of Customer Care policy and procedures, identifying and coordinating updates to training programs as needed
      • Determine the types of training products that would best meet stakeholder and learner needs
      • Evaluate the necessity and priority of proposed training to ensure relevancy, timeliness, and overall effectiveness
      • Maintains exceptionally strong communication skills, keeping stakeholders across the enterprise continuously informed of project status and milestones
      • Stays connected with Operational teams at airports across the system to obtain feedback and ensure training program effectiveness
      • Assists and supports other high priority projects within the department as needed

      All you'll need for success

      Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

      • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent training/experience
      • 3+ years of relevant experience
      • Prior experience working with cross functional teams
      • Project management or program management experience

      Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

      • Previous experience working with, or supporting, Customer Care teams
      • Experience developing or facilitating training programs

      Skills, Licenses & Certifications

      • Must have outstanding organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills; must be detailed
      • Effective written and verbal communication skills
      • Excels at articulating complex concepts in a clear and concise way
      • Proven track record of coordinating multi-faceted projects in an organized and efficient manner
      • Intermediate or better proficiency in MS Suite, particularly; Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint
      • Must be a strong collaborator who can effectively drive for results and independently solve problems
      • Highly collaborative
