What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines using Talend for large-scale data integration projects
- Optimize complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data across various RDBMS platforms
- Collaborate with data architects and analysts to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions
- Implement and monitor job schedules, handling job failures with appropriate recovery strategies
- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines for both streaming and batch requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Undergraduate studies in computer science, management information systems, business, statistics, math, or a related field
- Three to five years of relevant experience with data quality rules, data management organization/standards, and software development
- Experience in data warehousing, statistical analysis, data models, and queries
- One to three years of experience with cloud technology and infrastructure, including security and access management
- Strong proficiency in SQL, including stored procedures, indexing, and query optimization
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling
- Knowledge of Python or Shell scripting for automation and auxiliary data tasks
- Experience working in cloud environments such as AWS or Azure
- Exposure to job orchestration/scheduling tools like Control-M or Apache Airflow
- Applying GenAI tools for rapid development and/or analysis
