What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Investigate and resolve Guest concerns by providing accurate and timely responses within DOT and ACAA guidelines
- Track complaint trends and collaborate with departments to enhance the Guest experience
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in the Department of Transportation’s disability rule
- Partner with the Process Optimization Team to improve processes and procedures
- Compile and code all written disability-related complaints for annual reporting to the DOT
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and impactful messages
- Basic proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Thorough knowledge of Department of Transportation rules and regulations related to disability (Part 382)
- Basic understanding of international aviation conventions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in customer service or guest relations within the airline industry
- Familiarity with the ACAA regulations and disability rights
- Proven ability to analyze data and identify trends in customer feedback
