- GTM & Sales Strategy: You will contribute to our Go-to-Market & Sales Strategy and work closely with the board and senior management of the business units.
- Channel strategy: You will analyze the channel strategy of selective product portfolios and derive improvement initiatives.
- Sales & Marketing initiatives: Together with Sales & Marketing Leadership, you will develop key tools and methods to improve our sales success. Therefore, you will develop standards for account management and roll them out globally.
- Measure tracking: You will ensure a structured follow-up on the implementation of the initiatives with state-of-the-art KPI’s & steering tools, e.g., stakeholder specific sales action plans and funnel management.
- Target driven sales management: You will support a strong KPI driven & high frequency sales management, by e.g., facilitating weekly performance dialogs.
- Team: As part of our motivated, experienced international and interdisciplinary Sales Excellence team, you will contribute to various Sales & Marketing topics along the customer journey.
- Education: completed studies in business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- Personality and Working Practice: self-driven and proactive. Convincing and resilient with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong creative drive. Goal and result orientation, as well as problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills across all hierarchical levels.
- Experience and Knowledge: first experience in a consulting, business strategy or Sales & Marketing function, preferably in a large international organization with B2B focus. Experience in lateral steering of cross-functional projects is a plus.
- Enthusiasm: willingness to travel of 10%.
- Languages: business fluent in English. Good German language skills.
