      The HR Administration Specialist is responsible for supporting the daily administrative functions of the Human Resources department. This role ensures smooth HR operations by managing employee records, coordinating HR policies, handling compliance, and assisting with payroll, and benefits administration.

      Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities Are:

      1. Employee Records & Documentation:

      • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.

      • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with labor laws.

      • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

      2. HR Policies & Compliance:

      • Assist in implementing and enforcing HR policies and procedures.

      • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company regulations.

      • Support audits and compliance reviews.

      3. Recruitment & Onboarding Support:

      • Prepare employment contracts, and onboarding documents.

      • Conduct new employee orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

      4. Payroll & Benefits Administration:

      • Coordinate payroll processing by maintaining accurate attendance and leave records.

      5. Employee Relations & Support:

      • Serve as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees.

      • Support employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs.

      • Assist with grievance handling and conflict resolution.

      6. General HR Administration:

      • Schedule meetings, maintain HR calendars, and support HR projects.

      • Prepare reports on HR metrics and analytics.

      • Coordinate training sessions and professional development programs.

      What Do We Expect From You:

      • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

      • Experience: 4+ years in HR administration or a similar role.

      • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

      • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

      • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

      • Attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
