  Trinity Industries Corporate is seeking a collaborative and process-driven team player to fill the open position of Inclusion & Engagement Specialist in our Dallas, Texas office.
  This is a key role to oversee programs that shape our inclusive culture and community impact along. This role will oversee our Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, including ERGs, ENs, corporate philanthropy, and immigration —all essential aspects of our commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.   What you'll do:
  Diversity & Inclusion (DI)
  • Support the diversity strategies that foster belonging and equitable experiences across the organization

  • Serve as the primary liaison for ERG and EN leaders, providing guidance, structure, and support to amplify their impact

  • Coordinate annual planning, budget management, and leadership development for ERG/EN programs

  • Facilitate cross-group collaboration and ensure alignment with enterprise DEI goals
  Corporate Philanthropy
  • Manage community engagement programs, including volunteer initiatives, charitable partnerships, and giving campaigns

  • Track participation and impact metrics, and support storytelling around our social impact
  Immigration Progra m
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the immigration program, including visa sponsorships, renewals, and compliance.

  • Partner with legal counsel and HRBPs to ensure a smooth and supportive experience for international employees.
  What you'll bring:
  • Bachelor's degree or combo of education and relevant work experience

  • 5+ years of experience in HR, Diversity, Immigration, or program management roles

  • Demonstrated experience managing ERGs, philanthropy, or immigration programs is a plus

  • Strong organizational and process management skills /program management exp is a plus

  • Ability to connect strategy with execution

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
