      Marsh is seeking a candidate for the following role; this person will lead a best-in-class experience through focusing on the customer, risk mitigation, efficiency, program growth, and customer retention. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days a week in the office:

      Specialist – Insurance Operations (Real Estate)

      • You will be an essential part of a highly skilled team by collaborating with our client-facing colleagues and assisting with document preparation and coordination

      • Collaboration with teams across the world and assisting internal colleagues with various inquiries and requests

      • You will be joining a fun and dynamic team

      • We will provide the insurance knowledge required to be successful while learning our systems; while you will go through a significant amount of training required to understand and work effectively in the insurance environment, this is not a sales position and does not involve or include any sales function or targets

      We will count on you to:

      • Provide day-to-day account servicing and partner with Marsh client and risk advisory teams

      • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the geography and be viewed as a strategic partner

      • Partner with other team members and stakeholders to identify continuous improvement opportunities

      • Serve as point of contact for clients

      • Collaborate with clients and advisory regarding Real Estate specific deliverables and service requirements

      What you need to have:

      • 3 years or more relevant work experience with Property & Casualty lines of insurance for Commercial Real Estate

      • Ability to build strong relationships and build rapport with clients and internal colleagues

      • Experience with MS Excel or similar software
