      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture vision and strategy for Workday and related platforms
      - Define and enforce architectural standards, design principles, and governance frameworks for Workday configurations
      - Lead end-to-end solution design for Recruiting and Talent Performance modules
      - Identify and mitigate architectural and design risks to ensure compliance with enterprise standards
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Doctorate degree OR
      - Master’s degree and 4–6 years of IT or Computer Science experience OR
      - Bachelor’s degree and 6–8 years of IT or Computer Science experience OR
      - Diploma and 10–12 years of IT or Computer Science experience
      - Proven experience in solution design and business process reengineering within a regulated environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Workday Certifications in HCM, Recruiting, Integrations, or Talent & Performance
      - Strong solution design and problem-solving capabilities across complex HR landscapes
      - Ability to evaluate and integrate emerging HR technology such as AI and analytics
      - Expertise in Workday Reporting, including creating complex calculated fields and data models
