      About the role:

      As the Specialist in the Markets department, you will increase and grow the students population by promoting CIMA’s qualification, products and services following CIMA’s business plan and B2C strategy focused on Pathways and Finance Leadership Program (FLP). You'll report into the Senior Manager within Global Market Management.

      You Will:

      • Work with the Line Manager to implement the market development strategies and plans across the organisation.
      • Follow up on prospects leading to successful student recruitments generated from the respective market for Pathways and FLP through B2C route.
      • Identify new business opportunities and build business relationships with relevant partners.
      • Promote CIMA to potential learners and ensure CIMA is the choice of professional qualification for students to pursue their career in Management Accountancy.
      • Develop relationships with tuition providers/partners/employees and help identify new businesses and market intelligence.
      • Review and maintain top accounts list in Client Relationship Management (CRM)/Other systems.
      • Maintain student attrition at levels indicated based on regional strategy.
      • Achieve student progression rates defined by the regional strategy for the relevant markets.
      • Provide information and reports on an accurate basis.
      • Perform additional relevant projects or tasks as required by Senior Manager – Markets.
      • Conduct analysis of ongoing market and competitors to gauge positioning of CIMA in the market.
      • Display CIMA behaviours.

      You Have:

      • Minimum diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any equivalent field
      • Experience in Business Development
      • Experience in education industry and selling “careers” to students
      • Proven in advanced level of consultative sales experience
      • Required to travel frequently within city for meetings and interstate travel as and when required
      • This role is based in Bangalore and work from home
