      Amplify’s Training & Enablement organization is seeking a Specialist, Onboarding and Employee Readiness to help support the onboarding process for newly hired customer-facing team members. Facilitating a warm handoff from Human Resources through to the hiring manager, the specialist will ensure team members are prepared with an understanding of Amplify’s history and culture, develop a solid foundational knowledge of our products and systems, have access to all necessary tools for their role, and are welcomed into our company with enthusiasm and a strong network of support.

      This position will also focus on ongoing employee readiness and address any gaps, ensuring team members are prepared with the product, systems, and process knowledge necessary to support positive and effective customer interactions. The Specialist will report to the Director, Onboarding and Employee Readiness.

      We are looking for a candidate who has a passion for education, possesses a positive energy, is supportive and enthusiastic in welcoming new hires into the company, has a strong sense of detail, and can work within and across diverse teams.

      Responsibilities of the Specialist, Onboarding and Employee Readiness:

      • Welcome newly hired customer-facing employees and execute the onboarding plan throughout the onboarding journey

      • Ensure newly hired team members have a great experience and a smooth start into their role, providing ongoing support as needed

      • Operational tasks related to onboarding and ongoing readiness of Amplify’s customer-facing teams

      • Assist in the creation and maintenance of onboarding documentation and materials.

      • Support the Onboarding Specialists and Senior Specialists in the execution of onboarding programs.

      • Coordinate with various departments to ensure all materials are up-to-date and accurately reflect job expectations.

      • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the onboarding process based on feedback and observed outcomes.

      • Additional related projects to be assigned as needed

      Basic Qualifications of the Specialist, customer-facing Onboarding and Employee Readiness:

      • BA/BS degree in Education, Business, Communications, or a related field

      • Work experience in a fast-paced corporate environment

      • Work experience in onboarding, enablement, or training role

      • Work experience with a customer-facing team

      • Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment with shared responsibilities

      • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills

      • Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite experience

      What we offer:

The annualized gross salary range for this role is $55,000 - $65,000.
