What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate the annual budget and long-range planning inputs from business units into the Projects organization
- Provide guidance and support to teams on portfolio challenges affecting project execution
- Perform risk analysis to model potential outcomes of portfolios for informed decision-making
- Make recommendations on portfolio rebalances to enhance capital spending
- Analyze fiscal performance and deliver key performance indicators to leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Related university degree, diploma, or equivalent construction or operational training and experience
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience; candidates without a degree require an additional 3 years of experience
- Proven interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Experience in leading strategic and transformative portfolios, including core process implementations
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and facilitate large groups in developing long-range asset investment plans

- Experience with software integrations and critical business decision-making processes
- Strong technical knowledge with the ability to convey complex information clearly
