  • Job Description

      Strategy & Project Coordination

      • Support the implementation and tracking of strategic initiatives and excellence-related projects

      • Prepare presentations, meeting materials, and progress reports

      • Compile and monitor I&PD KPIs and budget reports in collaboration with relevant teams

      • Coordinate follow-up actions from leadership and cross-functional meetings

      Factory Visit Coordination

      • Design and manage factory visits (e.g. innovation open houses, investor tours, global press)

      • Collaborate across functions to shape visit content, agendas, briefing kits, and logistics

      • Act as the key contact point during visits to ensure a seamless stakeholder experience

      Team Events & Engagement

      • Organize team-building activities, offsite events, and celebrations of key milestones

      • Drive initiatives to enhance team recognition, well-being, and a positive team culture

      Communication & Engagement

      • Coordinate internal and external communications with corporate and investor relations teams

      • Develop newsletters, campaign materials, and updates to align and engage teams

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Arts)

      • Coursework or background in strategy, operations, or organizational development is a plus

      • Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or management

      • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel

      • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail

      • Strong communication skills with a good command of English and native Thai
