      Position Summary:
      This position is responsible to provide detailed clerical work of an analytical and customer service nature and to ensure accurate and timely processing of client’s data.


      Primary Accountabilities:
      Major Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
       Perform detailed, routine clerical work of an analytical and customer service nature to ensure accurate, timely processing of client’s data
       Build relationships with B2B clients and cross collaboration with other departments supporting Fulfillment programs
       Handling inbound and outbound client requests and inquiries via phone and email
       Resolving Client Issues
       Prepare Setup Sheets for all rebate/contest promotions and send to applicable contacts
       Revise all documents & email templates to be used for the annual contest and send to client for approval
       Request translations for documents
       Monitor FS Programs on Hold, reach out to client to resolve
       Prize Dollars Management
       Obtain PO Box / Project Numbers for FS Programs
       Assist clients with access to Promo Trak site and password resets
       Implement and maintain standard operating procedures.
       Coordinate with other departments as required.
       Perform other tasks as assigned


      Minimum Requirements:
       High School or College diploma or equivalent
       Excellent time management skills and ability to problem solve
       Intermediate level proficiency using computer systems (G suite, Excel, and Word)
       Excellent communication skills (Verbal and written)
       Comfortable working in a group environment and independently under deadline pressure
       Exceptional organizational and analytical skills to ensure timely completion of all projects
       Perform detailed alpha/numeric data entry rapidly and accurately. Minimum 40 WPM.
